so i want to get a pair of fins for tubing but I am cheap, so Force fins are out, western ky is not a hub of water sports unless your talking jon boats or pontoons, so craigslist and other such websites are out. Right now i am looking at a pair of caddis creek fins designed for tubing. They are cheap and one size fits all (I wear size fourteen to fifteen) , cant find much negative about them online. So basically my question is do float tube fins work good or am i better off getting a cheap version of dive fins or some other fin style

I had some Aqua Lung dive fins and they worked fine. Only problem... they killed my feet and gave me unreal cramps.

Would you consider the bodies of water that you fish to be big or small? If they are small any fin will get the job done since you will be doing minimal kicking.

Go and buy or borrow some fins and jump in!
Fact is they all work, as you tube more you will start to seek more comfort.

I use a pair of Creek Company fins with the adjustable strap. It's like putting your foot in a box, so I bought a pair of booties with reinforced bottoms that allow my feet to stay comfortable. It also allows me to walk around. I have a friend who uses the strap on fins to shoes. I guess you won't know until you buy them...........GT
