How long did it take you to kick over to the island, and how long did you stay over there?  My concern is coming back after a few hours on the island's east side, and having the wind or breeze to kick back against to get back to the launch area.
Nice bass too bro.  Hey, is your scale accurate?  The smallest 22 inch bass that I have a mold for is a 22"L x 15.5"G and she weighed 6.5 pounds.  I also did a fat 22" LM Bass that weighed 11 pounds, but she had a girth of almost 23 inches.

Komori,
It only takes about 20 minutes to reach the North Side of the Island from the Launch ramp. The lake is only 8 feet deep towards the East end as i drifted that way, I'm not sure how deep it could be back there. I'll go check my scale again , but I thought so.

On a side note for you. I saw a bunch of small beds on the North side, thought blue gill would be around but I saw no bluegill.
