Well their was a lot of wind, no fish...........couldn't get out of launch ramp cove....GT

Had a great time hanging with you GT, thanks for meeting up.
The wind had us pinned down up against the East bank with 2 bass-boats for a while.
No fish to show for the journey but I did get to find some new wood piles in there.

Ya I found one of those "placed wood piles"..........lost a brand new crank bait......Do any of u guys use a lure retrieval tool and what kind. I'm looking at purchasing a extended pole type.............GT

fisheromen showed what he uses. I couldn't find it in the archives, but it was a golfball retrieval tool that telescopes like this

he took the ball retriever off and bolted a corkscrew type attachment on the end.

Yeah, they anchored a bunch of old orange trees in that area. It is a great crappie and big Bluegill spot! So many people have lost a lot of lures there.
