1Draining water? Empty Draining water? Sat Oct 27, 2012 6:03 am

Hey guys. Last time I was out, when I was done for the day I tried to shake all the water out of my tube bag (I have a donut style) and when I thought I had it all drained I tossed it into the car(I don't have carpet in my car). To my surprise when I went to unload the tube after I got home, there was an inch of water in the floorboard! Does anyone have any good suggestions for a quick way to get all the water out of the bag?
Thanks!

I deflate my tube each time to transport and I bought a very large storage container from wally mart. This way the water ends up in the bottom of my plastic storage container.

yup. same here. Put the tube and all the gear in the container so it's always together and it's never forgotten.

I also use a foldable dolly I picked up at home depot. This way I can wheel it to the car in the morning and to the back yard after the trip. I then pull my foam seat and back and reinflate the tube. Rinse the tube and spray salt X on the zippers. I hang up my breathable waders and rinse them. Let dry for several hours, reinstall foam sections, refold everything and place in storage container. I leave the lid off the container for a few days just to make sure everything is dry. Thumbs Up

Cool thanks guys I think I'll drill a few holes in the top so it will always circulate air to keep from moisture buildup
