Quick report - went dock hopping with my 12yr old daughter down at Newport and was hopping to hit the incoming high tide after coming off a -1.4 low. Water was way lower than what I thought it was going to be but we gave it a good half hour to an hour for going it. Water was dirty and alot of trash on shore. 5ft from shore water cleared up. No hits today but it was a good way to spend 2hrs with my little girl.
