Those bass are corn fed, my friend. Very toady.

Thanks for sharing. Nothing like 'gills on a mini-jig. Love that stuff. And those are some proper slabs.

Perris was very good to you! Thanks for sharing.

2 nice female BGs and a great looking male!  Plus a nice Redear!  And some Green Carp too.  Looks like a good day for you Rucker.  Where did you launch your float tube from?  Bernasconi?  Did they inspect your float tube for moisture?

I launched from lot 12! I have never been inspected. I drive a truck with a lid on the bed so they can't see in the bed at the gate. I never heard of anyone's float tube being inspected.

I have an older Toyota pick up truck with an open bed, and every time I go thru the entrance, they have me pull over to get inspected!  Once A few years ago, around 7 am I was at the Bernasconi gate that had not yet been unlocked and open yet, waiting for someone to drive up and open the gate.  Finally about 7:30 a park ranger drove up and unlocked the gate to the parking lot.  He motioned for me to stay where I was and walked over to my vehicle and told me I had to drive back around to the main lake entrance to have my float tube inspected, and if I passed the inspection, I could drive back to Bernasconi, pay the parking fee and launch my 'tube there.  I was kind of pissed, but I went ahead and wasted probably at least an hour.  Meanwhile other late arriving float tubers arrived and just put their money in the self serve envelopes, dropped it in the box, parked their vehicles and launched their float tubes, never having to get inspected at all.  WTH!  I never went to the Bernasconi side early again!
