Just moving this post so everybody can /or will see, cuz I love what these guys are doing!

Hey you guys!
Just spent a very frustrating day trying to meet up with the carp guys and check out there business. Long boring story about closed roads and frisbee golf. Never mind. But!....
Found the Jolly Oyster !!!

This is a cool, small company founded by a couple of crazy Brits, some 15 years ago in Baja California. They grow oysters and clams and sell them LIVE from a 15 foot trailer in the Parking lot of the San Buenaventura State beach. Fresh as fresh can be and cheap! Their desire is to sell directly to the public so they can only sell the oysters and clams. They cannot prepare them for you. (legally) But they are more than happy to show you how to shuck the oysters and with the public grill and picnic tables close by you can have a great time doing it for yourself! Or just buy and fly and enjoy them at home. Please check them out! I love companies like this they represent what has made this country truly great. I wish them all the luck!
