Ran a last min solo ninja session last night before the winds came.
Landed a few, several hits and one the busted me off. Great night to be on the water

Not sure on water temp but I'm guessing it's around 58. Too cold for shorts lol

i used to fish the harbor almost every weekend when i loved in orange county
Now i only fish it when i am visiting family down there
I miss it. fishing is so much better than the freshwater lakes and they fight harder

Yeah the salt is but that's what's so great about fresh water, it makes you work so much harder and makes you be a better angler

Nice going, always wanted to try a night session. Do you yourself put a light or something to let boaters know you are on the water?

No not really, been doing this for so long I don't worry about anything that's out there but fishing.
The only light I carry is my head lamp that has a red light setting so I can see from time to time

Man those hours suck but FYI, the last time I checked there has to be an 8hr break in between shifts on the same day but look on the bright side, your making $$$.
