Newport Bay, balboa launch, CROAKER Alley!

Hello All,

Hope all is well, just a quick report from yesterday and some pics from last wednesday while on my buddies 12 foot SSMinnow...

Launched: 520
Time In: 845pm
Temp, was pefect
Landed 5, 4 spotties, 1 cuda
On the zoom fluke, 3 on the drop shot and 2 on reaction with the zoomz too..

Last week landed 4,  2 potties, 1 cuda and 1 sandie...

From Last week on my buddies boat also worked NPH...we were by houses before the jetty starts

Nice set up....perfect...I fished Newps from shore
This morning maybe sn hour... Nothing...Im heading to Mission Bay tomorrow. Weather wont be on my side but Ill be there.

Thanks GT and yeah not bad...so when we headed out again....think im headed out june 6th Seaforth on the San diego...but lets head out of Dana wharf the following weekend....by then ill have my new Avet JX 6.0 in orange i just ordered,

get this, apparently they order there casing from a warehouse or something, well i called to find out how my reel was going, and she goes we were actually gonna call you to tell you we ordered the wrong reel and i go Okay fine when will have mine and she goes not for another 2 weeks or so, i was like WTF, i go there has to be something we can do....take it the wrong one ordered was an MC CAST JX 6.0, 50-60 bucks more....she says i dont know what type of fishing you will be doing but if i was to give u the MC cast for the same price as the regular JX would you b willing to take it, I go yeah if its at no cost to me, i go i cant afford more money...she says can you please hold, i say sure, comes back and says i just got approval to send you the MC cast vs the regular one, so i came up LOL awesome come up, theyre shipping it today, should have it either tomorrow or tuesday, OVERNIGHTER for sure..sorry for the long winded story hahah

Awesome Tony...........its Orange right? Out of town end of May, first of June, going to see grandson June 22 to the 25th at Laughlin. Maybe we can squeeze a trip in out of Dana. I'd tag up with you guys at Perris, but having a water heater installed Sat. Have a great day at Perris.....GT
